Avoid Stimulants
Skip caffeine, alcohol, or heavy meals before your session for better relaxation. Please do not come to our session if you have consumed alcohol or illegal drugs within 12 hours of your session. Absolutely no judgement if you have, just let me know and we can find a time to reschedule.

Listen to Your Guided Hypnosis Audio
This is crucial to your success. The mind learns by repetition. Please make sure you carve out just 20 minutes per day into your day everyday for 30 days (minimum) to really get the most out of your hypnotherapy session.
Be Patient
Changes can be immediate or unfold over time. Trust the process.
Repeat if Needed
Some issues need multiple sessions to fully shift. After your 30 day program we can check in to see where you are at and book in more sessions if needed.

The only time a therapist will share your details with another entity is in the case that we believe you or someone else is in imminent danger. In such cases, we have a legal and ethical duty to act in the best interest of safety and well-being. This may involve sharing relevant information with appropriate professionals or authorities to ensure that you or others are protected. However, this will always be done with care, discretion, and only when absolutely necessary.
