IT’S BEEN A WHILE…

Happy belated Christmas.

I hope you all had a beautfiul time be it with family or friends or solo time like I had.

Honestly, it was such a delicious Christmas for me, without any pressure to enjoy and be happy or perform like so many of us feel we need to do at Christmas. The pressure of a global holiday can create this internal need to be on form and so, for once, I was without any requirements or needs to do anything other than just exist. I spent my day frolicking with Chick in my home in the jungle.

I sang, painted, danced, wrote a lot and enjoyed the day. I have no notes- 10/10.

I have been loving life, driving to and from the farm most days and working hard!

I’ve been a bit quiet on here lately, but I promise it’s for a good reason! I am thrilled to share that I’m in the final stages of launching my online platform for hypnosis on demand, named Alchemy Alma. This project has been brewing for the past two to three years, and I can’t wait to finally bring it to life!

Alchemy Alma is designed to make the transformative power of hypnosis accessible to everyone, allowing you to experience its benefits from the comfort of your own home. Imagine having the ability to tap into your subconscious mind whenever you need it, whether for relaxation, personal growth, or overcoming challenges.

The journey to create Alchemy Alma has been both challenging and rewarding. I’ve poured my heart and soul into this project, drawing from my experiences as a therapist and my passion for helping others. I believe in the profound impact that hypnosis can have on mental well-being, and I’m excited to offer a platform that empowers individuals to explore their inner worlds and unlock their potential.
